FAQs
Where are you located?
Society Headquarters is proudly located in the United States of America, somewhere between the garage and the grill.
We’re a veteran-owned operation, which explains a lot: the shirts ship on schedule, the thermostat is set to regulation, and nobody touches it without clearance.
Welcome to the Brotherhood of Fatherhood. Uniforms are issued from here.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. Society uniforms are currently issued within the United States only.
We know dads everywhere are sporting socks with sandals with equal pride. The Brotherhood of Fatherhood has no borders, but our shipping department does. We’re working on expanding our reach, so keep an eye out for future deployment orders.
Until then, consider recruiting a stateside member to receive your package. Every dad knows a guy.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your uniform leaves headquarters, we’ll email you a tracking number.
That way, you can monitor its progress the way dads monitor everything: frequently, from the front window, while announcing updates to no one in particular.
No need to check the porch every twenty minutes. (You will anyway. We respect that.)
What is your return policy?
Every Society uniform comes with our 30-Day Refund & Size Replacement Policy, because even the most decorated dads occasionally pick the wrong size.
Don’t love it? We’ll refund you.
If your purchase doesn’t win you over for any reason, we’ll give you a refund. No return needed. Donate it, or pass it along to a fellow member of the Brotherhood of Fatherhood.
T-shirt doesn’t fit? We’ll send a new size.
Just tell us the size you need, and we’ll ship a replacement T-shirt in that size. You don’t need to send the original back. It can join the stack of “garage shirts” every dad keeps on reserve.
The fine print: Refunds and size replacements are available within 30 days of your original purchase date, and we can’t offer either after that window. A replacement doesn’t restart or extend the 30 days. Rules are rules, like no touching the thermostat.
